At LUMEAL CALIFORNIA, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging, with all tags and seals intact

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products are not eligible for a refund or return. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.
