How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days within the United States. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package at any time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes! Every product we carry is cruelty-free and never tested on animals. We are committed to ethical beauty.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?

Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin. Each product page lists ingredients so you can review before purchasing. When in doubt, do a patch test first.

Are your products vegan?

Most of our products are vegan. Please check individual product descriptions for full ingredient lists and vegan certification.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most products have a shelf life of 12–24 months. Check the bottom of the packaging for the expiry date.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at contact@lumealcalifornia.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.
