Our Return Policy

We want you to love every product you receive from LUMEAL CALIFORNIA. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return
• Gift cards are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at contact@lumealcalifornia.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping label within 1–2 business days
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or full refund at no charge to you.
